Returns & Made-to-Order Policy At BRADA Atelier, every piece is individually handcrafted and produced exclusively after an order is placed. We do not operate with ready stock, which means each garment is specially made for the client. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has started. We kindly ask all clients to carefully review their order details, including sizes, colors, and customization preferences, before completing their purchase. In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we will arrange a replacement or offer an appropriate solution, including shipping costs where applicable. Please note: All pieces are made-to-order and considered final sale. Minor variations in handmade details are part of the artisanal nature of our designs and should not be considered defects. Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or improperly handled will not be eligible for replacement. For any questions regarding your order, our team will be happy to assist you via email.
