Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned pieces must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact, and free of perfume, smoke, or wear. To start a return, email us with your order number. We will send return instructions; the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the piece is faulty or was sent in error. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of arrival back at the atelier and credited to the original payment method. Custom-made pieces, alterations, and items marked 'final sale' are not eligible for return. Faulty or incorrect items — please write within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund including shipping.
