Yllka Brada is an independent fashion practice based in Prishtina, Kosovo. The brand designs, cuts, and finishes garments in small batches at its Prishtina atelier and sells them direct through this website (yllkabrada.shop) and through occasional studio appointments.

These terms apply to every order placed through the website, by email at hello@yllkabrada.shop, or by appointment at the atelier. Placing an order means you accept what's below. If you don't, please don't proceed to checkout.

We update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the moment you place your order is the one that governs that order.

Adding pieces to the bag and entering your details doesn't yet form a contract. A contract between you and Yllka Brada begins only when we send you the order-confirmation email at the address you provided. Until that email lands in your inbox, we may decline an order — if a piece sold out simultaneously, if a price was misstated, or if we don't ship to your address.

If you don't receive the confirmation within a few minutes, check spam first. If it isn't there either, write to hello@yllkabrada.shop with the order number from the confirmation page.

All prices on the website are quoted in Euros (€) and include Kosovo VAT where applicable. The price in your bag at checkout is the price you're charged.

Yllka Brada accepts bank transfer and cash on delivery (Kosovo and the region) at this time. Card payments through additional providers may be added later. Payment is collected at the time of the order. Bank transfers usually clear in one to three business days; your order is held until they reach our account.

Most pieces shown on the site are stocked in limited quantities by size and colour — what you see in the size selector is what's actually available. When a variant is sold out, we sometimes re-cut it from the sam
