Shipping

Pieces are cut, finished, and dispatched from our Prishtina atelier on weekdays only. Stocked variants leave the atelier within 5–7 working days after payment clears. Made-to-order variants take 10–15 working days; the product page tells you in advance which window applies to your selection. We don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Kosovo public holidays. We use DHL, UPS, or Posta e Kosovës depending on the destination and the value of the order. Once your parcel leaves the atelier you receive a tracking number by email — you can follow the parcel at the carrier's website. International orders may require a signature on delivery; if no one is at the address, the carrier usually leaves a slip with redelivery instructions. Kosovo & Albania — €5. Delivery in 1–3 working days. European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the Western Balkans — €15. Delivery in 3–7 working days. Rest of world — €30 tracked. Delivery in 7–14 working days. Orders over €500 ship free worldwide. Carriers sometimes publish estimated dates a day or two later than the parcel actually arrives — that's intentional on their side, not a delay you need to worry about. The prices on this site do not include the import VAT or customs duties that may apply when your order enters another country. Those are billed by the courier or the local customs office and are payable by you before the parcel is released. If you refuse to pay the duties at delivery, the parcel returns to us as undeliverable. The original shipping fee is non-refundable in that case, and the cost of the return leg is deducted from the refund of the items. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the carrier's estimated date, write to hello@yllkabrada.shop with the order number. We open a trace with the carrier and stay in touch until the parcel is found or declared lost. Lost parcels are replaced or refunded at our cost.
